Online Coaching

Velaasa Collective is a training and wellness space focused on skill development, movement quality, and recovery. We offer coaching, small group training, and wellness sessions for athletes, teams, and individuals.

Our programs support:

• High school and college athletes
• Sports teams
• Coaches
• Individuals who want to improve strength, mobility, and recovery

Some sessions are athlete-focused, while others are accessible to anyone interested in improving movement.

Current offerings include:

• One-on-One Coaching
• Small Group Training
• Online Coursework
• Team Yoga and Recovery Sessions
• Group Pilates
• Guided Meditation
• Biomechanical Video Analysis

Additional programs, including online coaching and mentorship opportunities, will be introduced over time.

Our coaching currently focuses on track and field throws, including:

• Shot Put
• Discus
• Hammer 

Additional disciplines will be added as the program grows.

No. Some programs are designed for competitive athletes, but many sessions—including Pilates, yoga, and meditation—are accessible to beginners.

Group sessions are intentionally limited in size so participants receive individual feedback and quality instruction. Skill instruction small group sessions range from 2-4 athletes with One-on-One sessions being our most commonly booked.

Sessions and classes can be booked through the online scheduling calendar on each program page or on the Mindbody App.

• Group classes: cancel at least 12 hours in advance
• Private sessions or rentals: cancel 24 hours in advance
• Workshops or events: cancel 72 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Yes. All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in classes or training sessions.
